NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MCC) will announce the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test undergraduate (NEET UG 2024) seat allotment result for round 2 counselling tomorrow, September 13. Candidates who participated in round 2 counselling process will be able to access the MCC NEET UG 2024 seat allotment result through the official website, mcc.nic.in.

According to the schedule, the seat allotment process will take place from September 11 to 12. Those selected in round 2 will need to report to their assigned colleges between September 14 and 20, 2024. The institutes will verify candidate details from September 21 to 22, 2024.

MCC NEET UG Round 2 Seat Allotment 2024: What's next?

After the MCC NEET UG Round 2 allotment is released, candidates must follow these steps:

  1. Download the Allotment Letter: Log in to the MCC portal using your credentials and download the Round 2 allotment letter.

  2. Reporting to Allotted College: Report to the college you’ve been allotted between the specified dates, typically within a week. The reporting will be done between September 14 and 20. Candidates carry the required documents, including the allotment letter, and complete the admission formalities.

  3. Document Verification: Submit all necessary original documents and photocopies for verification. Institutes will verify your details during the verification window (for 2024, this is September 21-22).

  4. Fee Payment: Pay the required admission fee at the allotted college to confirm your seat.

  5. Upgradation Option: If you're not satisfied with the allotted seat, you may still participate in the next rounds or mop-up rounds depending on eligibility.

  6. Free Exit or Surrendering Seat: If you do not want the allotted seat, you can choose to exit the process without forfeiting your fees (if applicable) by choosing the "free exit" option in Round 2.
