MET 2026 Phase 1 results out; scorecard available at manipal.edu, counselling in June

MET 2026 Phase 2 registration window will close on April 26. Those who missed phase 1 can appear for May 23, 24 exams.
The MET syllabus covers subjects from the Class 11 and 12 curriculum, including Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics/Biology, and English.
Download NowThe Manipal Academy of Higher Education (MAHE) has announced the Manipal Entrance Test (MET) 2026 Phase 1 results on April 20. Candidates who appeared for the entrance examination can check their scores on the official website, manipal.edu. The MET 2026 Phase 1 exam was conducted on April 13 and 14 in computer-based mode.
Following the result declaration, the MET 2026 counselling process is expected to begin in the second week of June. Candidates who qualify will be eligible to participate in counselling, where they will need to register, fill in their course preferences, and pay the required fee. Seat allotment will be based on factors including rank, choices filled, and availability of seats.
The test duration was two hours and included both Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs) and Numerical Answer Type (NAT) questions. The paper carried a total of 240 marks, with 4 marks awarded for each correct MCQ response and a deduction of 1 mark for every incorrect answer.
MET 2026 Phase 1 Results: How to check
Candidates can follow the below steps to check their Manipal Entrance Test 2026 results of Phase 1;
- Visit the official admissions portal at manipal.edu to access the result page.
- Log in using your application number and OTBS password (used during slot booking).
- Click on the link for “MET 2026 Scorecard/Result” to view your result.
- Check your registered mobile number, as MAHE may also send your scores via SMS.
- Download the scorecard and keep a printed copy for use during the counselling process.
- Note that your final rank will be prepared based on a 50:50 weightage of MET score and Class 12 marks.
MET 2026 Results: Phase 2 registration
Those who missed the phase 1 MET 2026 exam can register for Phase 2. The registration window for MET 2026 Phase 2 is currently open and will remain available until April 26. The exam for the Phase 2 will be held on May 23 and 24. For more details, one can go to the official website.
