NEW DELHI: The Maharashtra State Common Entrance Test (CET) Cell has declared the MHT CET result 2023 for Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) and Physics, Chemistry and Biology (PCB) today, June 12. The Maharashtra CET 2023 scorecard download link is available now. Candidates can access the MHT CET result 2023 through the official website, mhtcet2023.mahacet.org and mahacet.org.

To access the MHT CET exam result 2023, candidates will have to enter their application number and date of birth on the result link. Along with the result, the CET Cell will also release the MHT CET 2023 toppers list.
The details that will be included in the MHT CET result 2023 are the name of the candidate, photograph, signature, candidate’s parent's name, roll number, application number, MHT CET subject group, subject-wise percentile score and total percentile score.

Candidates who have appeared for MHT CET 2023 cannot recheck the MHT CET result 2023. The CET cell does not provide any provision for revaluation or rechecking of MHT CET answer sheets. Therefore, candidates should carefully review their results as per the provided scores and ranks, as the scores are final and cannot be modified through revaluation.
Aditya Gyandeep Dev has emerged as the highest scorer in the PCB category in MHT CET 2023. Iyer Seshadri Ramakrishnan, secured the second position in the PCB category. Sejal Ramesh Rathi has attained the third spot in the MHT CET 2023 examination.

As per IE report, Aditya Gyandeep Dev secured the top rank in PCB in MHT CET 2023. Iyer Seshadri Ramkrishnan has grabbed the second position and Sejal Ramesh Rathi has got the third spot.
Laxminarayan Institute of Technology (LIT) Nagpur which offers admissions to engineering programmes through MHT CET exam will soon become a state university as was announced in the assembly by the state deputy CM Devendra Fadnavis. Formerly a college, LIT had proposed new BTech programmes in artificial intelligence, data science, green energy, and more.

Chaudhari Avinash Janardhan has secured the first rank in MHT CET 2023 exam followed by Anushka Piyush Doshi and Tanish Nilesh Chudiwal on the second and third ranks respectively, as per an Indian Express report.
As per reports, the CAP registration will commence on June 15 for admissions to the engineering and pharmacy colleges. Candidates who have qualified for the exam are eligible to participate in the counselling process.
28 students scored 100 percentile in MHT CET 2023 exam, as per an Indian Express report. A total of 3,33,041 candidates registered for the engineering exam.
In order to pass MHT CET exam, general category candidates need to score 45% marks while reserved category candidates are required to score 40% marks out of the total marks. MHT CET 2023 was held for a total of 200 marks.

Maharashtra state higher education minister Chandrakant Patil informed that 144 autonomous educational institutions will begin the implementation of the National Education Policy (NEP) from this year and start courses accordingly.

The percentile score of MHT CET 2023 candidates will be calculated as follows:
100 * Number of candidates appeared in the session with raw score less than or equal to candidate's score/ Total number of candidates in the session
As the MHT CET exam was conducted in different shifts, candidates got different sets of question paper resulting in the difference of difficulty level of question papers. To overcome the difference, CET cell will use a normalisation method to calculate scores which will be called percentile scores.
"Adopting an unfair means or engaging in malpractice in the examination shall render a candidate liable for punishment under, “Maharashtra Prevention of Malpractices Act, Universities, Board and Other Specified Examination Act, 1982” and disqualify the candidate for MHT-CET-2023 examination," CET Cell said.
