The affidavit will state that if the candidate is not upgraded, he or she will have to complete the Gramin Seva and seat leaving bond.
As per the Madhya Pradesh National Eligibility Entrance Test (MP NEET) UG counselling 2025 schedule, the last date for choice-filling and locking is August 4. Candidates can submit their choices from the available seats on the official website, dme.mponline.gov.in.
“Candidates participating in Madhya Pradesh State Level Joint Counselling NEET UG 2025 are informed that the candidates admitted through the first phase who wish to opt for upgradation in the second phase or the candidates admitted through first and second phase counselling who wish to opt for upgrade for the mop up phase, will have to execute an affidavit on a stamp paper of Rs 500 in the name of the Dean/Principal of the concerned college to the effect that in case the candidate is not upgraded, he/she will execute separate Gramin Seva and Seat Leaving Bonds in the admitted college on a duly stamped affidavit (0.5% of the bond amount),” the DME stated.
MP NEET UG seat allotment 2025
Earlier, the medical education department also informed that after MP NEET UG 2025 seat allocation, the online admission slip will be issued only after selecting one option from the upgradation option — Yes or No — for the second phase at the time of admission at the allotted college level.
The facility to edit this option will be available on the candidate's login. This edit facility will be available only till the time period prescribed for upgradation in the MP NEET counselling schedule 2025 for phase 1. If the candidate admitted in the first phase wants the option of upgradation till the mop-up phase, it will be mandatory for him or her to do choice-filling in the second phase by giving the option of upgrade after the first phase for the second phase also.
