MPPSC State Service Prelims 2021 exam postponed again

NEW DELHI: The Madhya Pradesh Public Service Commission (MPPSC) has announced on its official website that the MPPSC State Service Recruitment 2021 Exam has been postponed again due to the rise in the total number of COVID 19 cases. Candidates have been asked to check the official website of MPPSC on a regular basis so as to keep themselves updated with the new MPPPSC exam date
Previously, the MPPSC prelims exam date was April 11. At that point of time it was rescheduled to June 20 due to the second wave of Covid 19 pandemic.
About the MPPSC State Service Recruitment 2021
The MPPSC prelims exam was supposed to be conducted for recruitment of 235 officials for various positions which fall under the State Services SSE 2020 as well as for 111 positions of Assistant Conservator of Forest and Forest Ranger under the State Forest.
The start date to register for the MPSC exam was January 11 and the end to fill the application form for the MPPSC prelims exam was February 10.
Stages of MPPSC Exam 2021
There are three stages which form part of the MPPSC 2021 exam. In the first stage the candidates will have to appear in the MPPSC prelims exam followed by the mains. Those candidates who clear the first two stages of the selection process of MPPSC recruitment drive, they will have to then appear in the interview.
All the candidates who have attained the age of 21 years are eligible to appear for the MPPSC exam. In the prelims stage, there are two papers wherein the candidates have to answer multiple choice questions whereas in the MPPSC mains exam, there are six papers comprising 4 general studies paper and two hindi (essay and descriptive type)
