NEW DELHI: National Law University (NLU) Delhi’s Centre for Transnational Commercial Law (CTCL) is inviting applications for its flagship Diploma Course on “Insolvency and Bankruptcy: Law and Practice” (DIB). Interested candidates can register for the course on the official website of NLU Delhi – nludelhi.ac.in. The last date to apply has been extended till August 1, 2022. The duration of the post graduate diploma is 1 year, from August 2022 to July 2023.

"This course aims to introduce legal and secretarial practitioners and academicians to the insolvency laws in India as conceptualized within the larger family of commercial laws. The course is beneficial for not only students and academicians but also professionals and stakeholders working in the areas of tax, revenue and law," said an official statement from NLU Delhi.
Professor M S Sahoo, Former Chairperson, Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India, Distinguished Professor, NLU Delhi, serves as the mentor for the course and Dr Risham Garg, Associate Professor of Law, Director, Centre for Transnational Commercial Law, National Law University Delhi is the director of the course.

The course will include live lectures, discussion forum or asynchronous mentoring, recorded audio and video, e-learning material and self-study hours including assessment. Majority of lectures shall be delivered by leading industry practitioners.
