GPAT 2025 registration begins today; exam on May 25

NEW DELHI : The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will start the registrations for the Graduate Pharmacy Aptitude Test (GPAT) 2025 from today, April 1. Eligible candidates can apply for the GPAT exam through the official website, natboard.edu.
The last date for GPAT 2025 registration is April 21. The GPAT 2025 exam will be held in a computer-based test on May 25 and results will be declared by June 25.
The application form correction window for all registered candidates will open on April 25 to 28. The GAPT 2025 admit card will be issued on May 21.
Candidates from the general, OBC, and EWS categories will have to pay Rs 3,500, while SC, ST, and PwD category candidates will have to pay Rs 2,500 as a registration fee. The GPAT exam is held for admissions to master of pharmacy courses for over 39,890 seats available in more than 800 institutions across the country.
GPAT 2025 exam pattern
The GPAT 2025 exam will be held in a single session for three hours. Candidates will be given 125 multiple choice questions (MCQs) comprising 500 marks in total. Candidates will be given four marks for every correct answer, and one mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. The exam is held once a year.

As per the GPAT 2025 eligibility criteria, candidates should be citizens of India and hold a bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or equivalent from a recognised university. Candidates who are appearing for the final year exam or those who are waiting for the final year results can also apply. However, there’s no age limit to apply for the GPAT exam.
