NCHM JEE 2026 exam on April 25; registration begins for BSc Hospitality, Hotel Management admissions

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has opened the application process for the National Council for Hotel Management Joint Entrance Examination (NCHM JEE 2026) for admission to BSc Hospitality and Hostel Management and Catering Technology (NCHM&CT) for the academic year 2026-27.

As per the NCHM JEE 2026 exam date, the NTA will conduct the entrance exam as a computer-based test (CBT) on April 25 in 120 exam cities across the country. The exam timings will be 11 am to 1 pm.

The NCHM JEE 2026 will be conducted to fill seats in 21 central institutes of hotel management, 33 state government institutes, one public sector undertaking, two PPP run SIHMs, and 25 private institutes of hotel management.

NCHM JEE 2026: Application process

General and OBC-NCL category candidates will have to pay Rs 1,000 as application fee to appear in the entrance exam. General-EWS candidates will have to pay Rs 700, and SC, ST, and third gender candidates are required to pay Rs 450.

The last date to submit the application form on the official website, exams.nta.nic.in/nchm-jee/, is January 25.

As per the eligibility criteria, students who have passed Class 10, 12 or equivalent exam with English as one of the subjects, from a recognized educational board will be eligible for admission. Those appearing in the upcoming board exam 2026 are also eligible, provided they submit the pass certificate at the time of admission or by September 30, 2026.

NCHM JEE 2026 exam pattern

The NCHM JEE question paper 2026 will be set in English and Hindi medium. Applicants will have to select the medium of question paper while filling the application form.
