NCHMCT Counselling 2026: Round 1 seat allotment result announced for B.Sc. HHA admissions

NCHMCT counselling will continue with further rounds for upgrades and vacant seats. Selected candidates must complete document verification and fee payment by June 9.
The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has announced the round 1 seat allotment result for admission to the B.Sc. Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA) programme. Candidates who participated in the counselling for the academic session 2026-27, can now check their allotment status.
Seat allotment list is prepared on the basis of candidates' ranks in the NCHM JEE 2026 examination, their category, seat availability, and the choices filled during counselling. Candidates allotted seats in the first round must complete the admission-related formalities within deadline to confirm their seats.

Candidates can follow these steps to view their allotment status:
- Go to the official NCHMCT counselling portal
- On homepage, log in using the application number, password, and other required credentials
- Click on the round 1 seat allotment result link
- Check the allotted institute and programme details
- Download and save the allotment letter for future reference

What after seat allotment?
Candidates who have been allotted seats in the first round must carefully review the allotment details and choose the appropriate option in line with the counselling guidelines.Candidates generally accept the allotted seat, pay the seat acceptance fee and upload the necessary documents for verification.
Candidates must keep the following documents ready during the admission and verification process:
- NCHM JEE 2026 admit card
- NCHM JEE 2026 scorecard/rank card
- Class 10 mark sheet and certificate
- Class 12 mark sheet and passing certificate
- Category certificate (if applicable)
- PwD certificate (if applicable)
- Passport-size photographs
- Valid photo identity proof
- Seat allotment letter
