NCHMCT JEE 2025 final seat allotment result declared for BSc HHA programme

The National Council for Hotel Management and Catering Technology (NCHMCT) has announced the final seat allotment result for the NCHM Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) 2025 counselling. Eligible candidates can check the NCHMCT JEE 2025 seat allotment result 2025 though the official website at nchmcounselling.nic.in.

Candidates should enter their login details, such as roll number and password, to download the NCHMCT JEE 2025 seat allotment letter. The NCHMCT conducts the counselling process for admission to its Bachelor of Science (BSc) programme in Hospitality and Hotel Administration (HHA).

Candidates allotted a seat in the final round of NCHMCT JEE 2025 counselling will have to upload their documents and complete the verification process at designated document verification centres between June 24 and June 26, 2025. After this, there will be a gap period from June 27 to July 13, 2025, before physical reporting at the allotted institute.

Candidates are required to physically report at their allotted institute between July 14 and July 18, 2025. The process for hostel allotment will begin on July 21, 2025, and the allotment itself will be completed on July 22, 2025. The academic session is set to commence from July 28, 2025.

NCHMCT JEE Final Seat Allotment 2025: Refund policy

As per the NCHMCT JEE 2025 refund policy, a candidate who participates only in the final round of counselling, deposits the Seat Acceptance Fee (SAF), but is either not allotted any seat or is allotted a seat but later found ineligible, will be entitled to a full refund of the SAF. However, if a candidate is allotted a seat in the final round, is found eligible, but chooses not to accept the seat or wants to withdraw, no refund will be granted.
