NEW DELHI - With the announcement of Phase 2 of National Eligibility cum Entrance Test - NEET 2020 candidates have raised queries on who is eligible to appear for the examination. In the official notice released by the authorities it has been clearly stated that the candidates 'who were either COVID-19 positive or in containment zones (as on 13.09.2020)' will be eligible to appear for the exam on NEET 2020 new exam date, which is October 14, 2020. All other candidates who have already appeared for the examination of NEET 2020 on September 13 will not be appearing for Phase 2.
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has also released NEET re exam admit card on October 13, 2020 and the same has been communicated through mail to the registered candidates. This has put an end on all the confusion that arose over the new NEET exam date.
