NEW DELHI: National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the NEET 2021 admit card on September 6, for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) exam which is scheduled to be held on September 12, 2021. All the registered candidates should download their admit card from the official website at neet.nta.nic.in.

Also, NTA has also released the important guidelines for NEET 2021 exam which must be followed while reporting for the exam. Students must report at the NEET-UG 2021 test centre as per the time slot allotted to them. It is mandatory to carry their NEET exam admit card, proforma, self-declaration form, passport size photograph, and valid ID proof at the exam centre.

NEET 2021 admit card: Documents to carry at the test centre

The candidate should carry the below-mentioned documents along with the NEET hall ticket to gain entry into the examination hall.

  • Passport size photograph

  • Valid ID proof such as PAN card/Driving license/Voter ID/Passport/Aadhaar Card (with the photograph)/Ration card

  • PwD certificate, if required

  • Proforma with postcard size photograph affixed on it

  • Duly filled COVID-19 self-declaration undertaking

NEET-UG 2021 exam day guidelines

  • Only NEET hall ticket, photographs, and ID proof is permitted in the examination hall.

  • Aspirants need to sign and put their thumb impression on the answer sheet once at the beginning and the end of the NEET 2021 exam.

  • Students will be provided with the test booklet 15 minutes before the examination to fill in the particular information on the test booklet.

  • A ballpoint pen will be provided to the student by the NTA to write the NEET-UG 2021 entrance exam.

  • Candidates must ensure that the code written on the test booklet is similar to the one provided on the NEET 2021 answer sheet.

  • Students need to fill in the details on either side of the NEET-UG OMR answer sheet. NTA has released the instructions to fill NEET 2021 OMR answer sheet.

NEET 2021 hall ticket: COVID-19 advisory

NEET conducting authority, NTA will take extra precautionary measures to organise the medical entrance exam during coronavirus. This year, the NEET-UG 2021 exam will be conducted in 200 national and two international cities. Check the important COVID-19 instructions released with the admit card which must be followed during the exam.

  • Candidates are advised to maintain social distancing, follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other safety precautions.

  • Students need to report at the NEET exam centres as per the slot mentioned in the hall ticket to avoid unnecessary crowds.

  • Aspirants have to sanitize their hands with soap and hand sanitizer before entering the NEET-UG exam hall.

  • A fresh N-95 face mask will be provided at the exam centre which must be worn inside the hall.

  • The body temperature of students will be checked and if the temperature will be higher than the COVID-19, they will be allowed to appear for the NEET 2021 exam in isolation labs.
