NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the application form correction window of the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test or NEET 2021 exam. Candidates can use the NEET 2021 correction window till 11.50 pm at neet.nta.nic.in. The NTA had extended the last date to edit the fields in NEET application form phases 1 and 2.

Only the gender, nationality, email address, category and sub-category can be edited in the NEET phase 1 application form 2021. While all the details submitted in the NEET phase 2 registration form can be corrected using the correction window.

How to use NTA NEET correction window 2021

  • Go to the official website neet.nta.nic.in

  • Click on ‘Phase II correction of NEET UG-2021’

  • Enter the application number, password and security pin

  • Click on corrections in NEET 2021 link

  • Edit the phase 1 and 2 NEET-UG application form details

  • After editing the details, a One Time Password (OTP) number must be entered

  • Download NEET application form correction window 2021 for future reference

NEET 2021 application correction window: Details to be edited

Candidates can edit the phase 1 NEET application form 2021 details:

  • Gender

  • Nationality

  • Email address

  • Category

  • Sub-category

While in the 2nd phase NEET 2021 correction window, aspirants can edit all the details, which are as follows:

  • Personal details

  • Educational details of class 10, 11 and 12

  • Additional details

  • Parent’s income details

NEET 2021 phase 2 registration form: No documents to be uploaded

As per the NEET brochure released on July 13, 2021, the documents like category, person with a disability (PwD), class 10 and citizenship certificate must be uploaded. However, as per the NEET latest update, NTA has been notified that medical candidates will not have to upload the documents during the NEET phase 2 application form 2021.
