NEW DELHI: The application process for National Eligibility Cum Entrance Test for undergraduate (NEET UG 2023) exam is currently underway. National Testing Agency (NTA) will close the window for NEET UG applications on April 6, 2023. Candidates can register on the official website -- neet.nta.nic.in.

The NTA will hold the medical examination for undergraduate students on May 7, 2023 tentatively. Ahead of the exam, the students will have to go through the list of mandatory documents required to apply for the exam successfully.

The list of important documents to be attached along with the NEET UG 2023 application form has been provided below.
● Passport size photograph
● Signature in the scanned format
● Class 10 passing certificate
● Finger and thumb impression
● Category certificate (if applicable)
● Person with disability (PwD) certificate, if applicable
● Citizenship certificate (for foreign candidates)
● Address proof
● A valid government issued photo ID proof such as Aadhar card, PAN card, Voter ID,
passport, driving licence etc
The candidates should bear the following points in mind while filling the NEET UG 2023 application form.
● The photograph attached by the candidate should not be less than three months old.
● The photograph should have been clicked against a white background.
● The size of the scanned photograph must mandatorily be between 10 KB to 200 KB.
● The file format of the photograph must necessarily be JPG or JPEG
● The signature must be made on white paper, with a black or blue ballpoint pen.
● Candidates must make their signature in running letters and must not use full capital letters.
● Uploading of someone else’s signature shall lead to the cancellation of candidature and will also invite criminal action as per laws.
