NEET PG 2026 disrupted at Jaipur's Sitapura centre due to power failure; NBEMS announces re-exam date

Therefore, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will conduct the NEET PG 2026 re-exam for affected candidates on September 5 from 3 pm onwards. Further details for the re-exam will be shared by the board soon.

The NEET PG 2026 re-exam is being held for 2,445 students.

According to the NBEMS statement, the NEET PG 2026 exam at iON Digital Zone IDZ Sitapura centres (TC no. 41682 and 41683), Jaipur, Rajasthan, could not be completed due to an internal power failure at the centre, attributed to M/s TCS Ltd., the exam conducting body.

NBEMS expressed regret for the inconvenience caused in its statement.

Multiple videos have been circulated on social media X, where students are demanding the cancellation of the NEET PG 2026 exam conducted across the country.

NBEMS conducted the NEET PG 2026 exam for over 2.65 lakh aspirants at more than 1,000 test centres across the country. Notably, NBEMS will publish the NEET PG 2026 answer keys 2026 on its website from this year onwards, according to the information given in the information bulletin.
