The entrance exam is a single window test conducted for admission to MD, MS, PG Diploma, Post-MBBS DNB, Direct 6-year DrNB and NBEMS Diploma courses.

The NEET PG 2026 result will be applicable for admissions to MD, MS and PG Diploma programmes during the 2026-27 academic session. As per the exam guidelines, applicants cannot use the result for admission in any subsequent academic session.

In the NEET PG 2026 exam, each correct answer will carry 4 marks, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.

• On homepage, go to the NEET PG tab
• Look under 2026 section and click on the admit card tab
• On the redirected page, enter registration number and date of birth/password
• Admit card will open up on screen
• Go through the same and download it
• Take its printout and carry the same to exam hall

Following the Supreme Court's order, NBEMS will be issuing a provisional answer key for the NEET PG exam for the first time. However, with NBE conducting the re-exam for selected centres in Jaipur in the September first week, the provisional answer key is expected to be out by September second week. Soon after the release, candidates will be given time to raise objections against the same.

The National Board of Education, NBE, will issue NEET PG 2026 answer key soon. Although the exact date and time for releasing the same has not been announced yet. Once out, candidates will be able to download the same by following these steps.

The NEET PG 2026 re-examination for the 2,445 candidates affected by the power disruption at two Jaipur centres will be held on Saturday, September 5, 2026, at 3 PM in Jaipur. Recently, the government has approved the 3rd phase of centrally sponsored scheme to strengthen and upgrade existing state and central government medical colleges, standalone PG institutes.
