NEET SS 2024 correction window closing today; exams on March 29, 30

NEW DELHI: The National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences (NBEMS) will close the application correction window for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) 2024 today. March 3. Candidates can make corrections in their application through the official website, natboard.edu.in.

The NEET SS 2024 application form correction window for all registered candidates was open from February 27. The final edit window to correct deficient images will be available from March 11 to 14. The exam authority opens the correction window twice for all registered applicants. The NEET SS exam will be held on March 29 and 30.

As per NBE, candidates cannot change their name, test city, nationality, mobile number and email address through the edit window. The final edit window will allow candidates to rectify the documents uploaded in the NEET SS 2024 application form. Candidates will be able to make corrections in the uploaded photograph, signature and thumb impression only.

Revised NEET SS 2024 exam pattern

The NEET SS exam pattern was revised this year. According to the new changes, there will be separate question paper groups for medical oncology and critical care medicine groups, and the rest of the paper pattern will remain the same. There will be MCQ type questions and total time allotted will be 2 hours and 30 minutes. Candidates will be awarded +4 marks for each correct answer, and -1 marks will be awarded for incorrect responses and no mark will be given to unanswered questions.

NEET SS 2024 Application Form: How to make corrections?

Candidates can follow the steps given below to make corrections in the NEET SS 2024 application form.

• Visit the NEET SS official website, natboard.edu.in.
• Click on the ‘NEET SS’ tab and then under the 2024 section click on the ‘Application Link’.
• Click on ‘Login’ and enter the required information.
• Modify the permitted fields as required.
• Verify all changes before submission of the NEET SS application form.
• After verification, submit the revised form.
