NEW DELHI: The Medical Counselling Committee (MMC) has announced the addition to 2 more seats to the round-1 seat matrix in National Eligibility cum Entrance Test Super Specialty (NEET SS) counselling 2022 on MCC's official website- mcc.nic.in.
MCC has decided to add 2 seats to Vivekananda Institute of Medical Sciences in the Master Chirurgiae (MCh) programme. The authority announced the addition of 37 doctorate of medicine (DM) and MCh seats to 7 different institutions yesterday, December 6, 2022.

"The Medical Counselling Committee has received information from the following Institutes about new seats which could not be contributed by the colleges before the start of Round-1 of SS Counselling 2022. Therefore, the competent authority has decided to include the following DM and MCh seats in the seat matrix of Round-1 of SS Counselling 2022 to prevent wastage of precious Super Specialty seats" read the latest MCC notice.
The NEET SS counselling 2022 registration and payment facility ended today. Candidates can fill their choices up to 11:55 PM today, December 7, 2022. MCC will process the seat allotment from December 8 to 9, 2022 and will release the NEET SS counselling result on December 10, 2022.
Candidates are required to report to their allotted college and institutions from December 11 to 16, 2022. In case a candidate does not wish to join the college allotted in round 1, they can opt for free exit. However, the security deposit paid by the candidate will be forfeited. After this, the candidate will be eligible to participate in round 2 of NEET SS counselling 2022 by registering again.
