NEET UG 2022 latest updates: NTA to issue admit card amid students' request for postponement

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is expected to issue the admit cards for the National Eligibility sum Entrance Test (NEET 2022) today. However, any official notice regarding NEET UG 2022 admit card release from the NTA is still awaited.

NEET 2022 admit card release date

As per media reports, the NTA will issue the NEET admit card 2022 today. However, the officials have not confirmed any NEET 2022 admit card date yet. The registered candidates will be able to download the same using the NEET 2022 admit card link at neet.nta.nic.in which will be available after the issuance.

NEET latest news: Students demand postponement

With less than a week left for NEET UG 2022, candidates are asking the authorities to postpone the medical entrance exam. Students are frequently tweeting, asking the Prime Minister to postpone the exam as the previous year’s counselling process is still ongoing.

Anjali Patil, a medical aspirant tweeted “At least tell us what's going on, we are hanging in between. Give an official statement whether you are postponing neet UG or not but officially tell us at least”

How to download NEET admit card 2022

• Visit the official website: neet.nta.nic.in

• Click on the ‘NEET UG 2022 admit card’ link

• Log in to the applicant portal

• NEET 2022 admit card will appear on the screen

• Check the details mentioned on the admit card

• Download and take printouts of the hall ticket for future use

NTA will conduct NEET 2022 in 546 cities within India and 14 cities outside India. Admissions will be offered to medical and dental colleges across the country for MBBS, BDS, AYUSH, BSc nursing and life science courses.
