NEET UG 2025 registration date soon; how to fill application form

The National Testing Agency (NTA) clarified that it will conduct NEET UG 2025 exam on the basis of the NEET syllabus 2025 finalised and released by NMC.
NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will announce the registration date soon for the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test - Undergraduate (NEET UG 2025). The NTA has recently launched the NEET 2025 new official website , neet.nta.nic.in.
The National Medical Commission (NMC) has already issued the updated NEET UG 2025 syllabus on December 14 on its official portal, nmc.org.in.
The NTA also clarified that it will conduct the exam on the basis of the NEET syllabus 2025 finalised and released by NMC.
“The National Testing Agency (NTA) hereby brings to the attention of all stakeholders, especially aspiring candidates, that the syllabus for the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 has been finalized by the Under Graduate Medical Education Board (UGMEB), National Medical Commission (NMC),” NTA earlier said in an official notice.
Last year, the NTA started the NEET UG registration on February 9 for the exam, which was conducted on May 5.
In 2024, a high-level committee appointed to bring reforms in the national exams, headed by former Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chairperson K Radhakrishnan, suggested the NTA that exams with participants exceeding a particular number can be staggered over multiple sessions and days.
How to fill the NEET UG 2025 application form?
The eligible candidates can follow the steps given below to apply for the NEET UG 2025 exam.
- Visit the NEET UG official website 2025, neet.nta.nic.in.
- Click on the NEET UG application form 2025 link, on the homepage.
- Fill personal details such as name, mother’s name, father’s name, gender, etc.
- Select the medium of language in which you will write the exam.
- Choose your preferred city for the exam centre.
- Fill your academic details by entering 12 qualifying details.
- Upload scanned documents and images of passport, signature, left hand thumb impression, postcard size photo.
- Pay application fee for the NEET UG exam through UPI or other platforms.
- Review all the information entered in the application form and download the confirmation page for future reference.
The NEET UG medical entrance exam is held for admission to MBBS, BDS, and other undergraduate medical programmes.
