NEW DELHI: The Centre will conduct virtual meetings, discussions and webinars on various aspects of the New Education Policy 2020. Starting today, holding such a “Shikshak Parv” was recommended by prime minister Narendra Modi, said education minister Ramesh Pokhriyal ‘Nishank’.
The ministry of education will hold Shikshak Parv from September 8 to 25.
Pokhriyal wrote: “Guided by the visionary leadership of Hon'ble PM Shri Narendra Modi Ji, we are organizing “Shikshak Parv” (8th to 25th Sept), educating Principals, Teachers, parents, students, schools, HEIs, etc. about #NEP. Watch the video to know more.”

Earlier, during the Governor's conference on the NEP 2020 yesterday, PM Modi also urged governors to organise the maximum number of virtual conferences on the new education policy as there are concerns related to various aspects of the NEP among stakeholders.
