NIFT Counselling 2024: Registration begins at nift.admissions.nic.in; apply by June 11

NEW DELHI : The National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT) has commenced the registration for NIFT counselling 2024 for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate programmes. Qualified candidates can apply for NIFT admissions 2024 on the official website, nift.admissions.nic.in. The last date to fill the application form and upload documents is June 11.

“All the candidates, who have successfully cleared the selection process and secured a valid Common Merit Rank (CMR) as per the final result declared for NIFT Admissions- 2024, should register and fill their preferences for academic programmes by 12.00 PM (midnight) on 11th June, 2024,” said the institute in an official notice.

The institute asked candidates to check their eligibility as per the guidelines given in the prospectus and seat allocation rules available on the website. “Candidates should ensure that all the required documents to be uploaded on the portal for the programme are as per the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the prospectus / admissions guidelines- 2024,” it added.

The institute also informed that counselling for the students who applied under the artisan or ward of artisan is being conducted separately and advised such candidates not to participate in the online counselling.

There will be five rounds of counselling – round 1, round 2, round 3, round 4, and spot round. The dates for registration and choice-filling for round 1 of the counselling are as follows:

• Class 10 certificate
• Photograph
• Marksheet/certificate/degree/diploma
• Caste certificate, if applicable
• PwD certificate, if applicable
• Undertaking for fee refund
• Anti-ragging certificate
• Medical fitness certificate
