NIT Warangal to conduct CCMT counselling 2025 for MTech, MArch, MPlan courses

NEW DELHI: The National Institute of Technology (NIT) Warangal will conduct the Centralized Counselling for MTech, MArch, MPlan (CCMT) 2025 for candidates seeking admissions based on Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2023, 2024, and 2025 scores. The CCMT counselling process will be conducted through the official website, ccmt.admissions.nic.in.

Candidates will be offered admissions in the top National Institute of Technology (NITs), Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIITs), and Centrally Funded Technical Institutes (CFTIs) through the CCMT counselling process 2025. The CCMT counselling dates 2025 will be announced soon.

The CCMT counselling process 2025 will be conducted in an online mode in two rounds followed by special rounds and a national spot round.

The CCMT 2025 counselling for MTech, MArch, and MPlan courses will include online registration, choice filling and locking followed by seat allotment. Candidates will have to pay the required seat acceptance fee and report to the specified centres after the fee payment.

CCMT Counselling Process 2025: Eligibility criteria

The eligibility criteria for the CCMT counselling process 2025 for admissions to MTech, MArch, and MPlan courses is as follows.

• Candidates should have valid GATE 2023, 2024, or 2025 scores.
• Candidates from the general, EWS, and OBC should have secured at least 6.5 CGPA or atleast 60% and SC, ST, and PwD category candidates should have secured at least 6.0 CGPA or atleast 55% marks.
• Candidates waiting for their results can apply for provisional admission. However, exams should be completed by August 2025.
• For each programme, eligibility will be defined based on combinations of degree disciplines and GATE paper.
• Candidates having qualifications from any of the professional societies such as The Institution of Engineers (India) (IE), The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE), The Institution of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineers (IETE), The Aeronautical Society of India (AeSI), The Indian Institute of Chemical Engineers, including Polymer and Environmental Group (IIChemE), The Indian Institute of Metals (IIM), The Indian Institute of Industrial Engineers (IIE), etc and have enrolled with any of these institutions with permanent recognition may also be eligible to participate in some of the PG programmes through CCMT counselling process.
