NEW DELHI: The Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Roorkee has declared the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering (GATE) 2025 cut-offs and results today, March 19. The IIT Roorkee has also announced the category-wise GATE 2025 cut-offs for all 30 papers. The GATE 2025 cut-offs have increased for civil engineering, chemical engineering and data science and artificial intelligence engineering compared to the previous year.
The GATE 2025 exam was held on February 1, 2, 15, and 16. The GATE 2025 was conducted in two sessions - from 9:30 am to 12:30 pm and 2:30 pm to 5:30 pm. The GATE 2025 answer key and response sheet were out on February 27.

The GATE 2025 qualifying cut-off and admission cut-off are different. GATE 2025 qualifying cut-off is the minimum score required to qualify the MTech entrance exam. On the other hand, GATE 2025 admission cut-off is the minimum score required for admission to a specific institute and programme. The GATE 2025 admission cut-offs will vary across different IITs, NITs, IIITs.
The GATE 2025 scorecard date has also been announced. The GATE 2025 scorecard will be available from March 28 to May 31. Candidates will also be able to download the GATE 2025 scorecard till December 31, by paying a fee of Rs 500 per paper.
Candidates can download the GATE 2025 results by visiting the official website, gate2025.iitr.ac.in. Candidates will be required to enter their enrollment ID and password to download the GATE scorecard 2025.
