CLAT 2021 result has been declared today in online mode. Candidates having any grievances related to the conduct of CLAT 2021 or the final answer key can raise their request through the grievance committee.

NEW DELHI:
The Consortium of NLUs constituted a Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) on July 27, 2021. Now it has chalked out a detailed plan for candidates to register their grievances. The committee has put candidate grievances under two categories: 1) grievances against the final answer key, 2) grievances against the conduct of the CLAT 2021 exam.

For each type of grievance, the process for filing a grievance is different.
Types of grievances

Grievances against the final answer key: This type of grievances can be filed only by candidates who have already raised objections as per notification published by the consortium on July 23, 2021.

Grievances against the conduct of CLAT 2021 exam: Complaints under this category can only be filed at the test centre where the candidate had appeared in the CLAT 2021 exam.
Candidates must file their grievances on or before July 30, 2021 (3 pm). The CLAT result was declared in online mode on July 29, 2021 and the CLAT 2021 counselling also began today.
Process to file a grievance
Candidates who wish to file a grievance can follow the given steps-
Step 1 - Login to your CLAT 2021 account
Step 2 - Click on the link “Submit Grievance”
Step 3 - State the nature of the grievance and the grievance (up to 1000 characters)
Step 4 - Upload related documents
Step 5 - Submit the declaration
Step 6 - Submit the grievance and save the details for future reference
Earlier, the consortium allowed candidates to raise their objections against the answer key of CLAT 2021.
