NEW DELHI: The National Law University of Delhi (NLU Delhi) and the Law environment and development centre (LEDC) of SOAS University of London are jointly launching an online certificate course on climate justice. The programme titled 'Climate Justice and Climate Law:South-North perspectives' will be launched in June 2023, and will be in force from June 26 till July 7, 2023.
The deadline to apply for the online certificate course is May 15, 2023. The course is free of cost for all candidates. Those candidates who hold an undergraduate degree in any field, post graduate degree or doctoral programme are eligible to apply for the course.
The institutes have not placed any restrictions regarding the age, nationality and gender in the admission process. The application process will be held in the online mode only.

Those candidates who wish to apply for the course will be required to follow the official Twitter handle of NLU Delhi and LinkedIn handles for latest updates regarding the course.
As stated by the institutes in the official notification, the candidates willing to apply for the course must submit the following documents.
Motivation letter comprising 400 words
The official press release issued by NLU Delhi read that incomplete applications and late applications will be rejected. The course will bring together experts from the Global South and Global North.
