NTA CSIR UGC NET 2019 Certificate, Issue qualifying certificate for additional result @csirhrdg.res.in

NEW DELHI: The Human Resource Development Group Council of Scientific & Industrial Research released the notice regarding the issue of certificate for the students qualified after declaration of additional result of CSIR UGC NET 2019 on official website - csirhrdg.res.in. The authority cleared that the certificates of candidates whose roll numbers are listed in part-1 of the additional result (csir jrf/ls and jrf only) will be issued by the examination unit. The candidates need to send self attested photocopies of the following documents through ordinary post/email.

CSIR NET 2019 : Documents Need to be Submitted to get the Certificate

The conducting authority released the list of documents that need to be submitted to get the CSIR UGC NET 2019 certificate. Candidates need to self attest all the documents before sending it to the examination authority. Check the list of documents need to be submitted:

• Marks Statement

• Admit Card

• Class Xth class certificate needs to be submitted as a proof of date of birth.

• Degree/provisional degree of qualifying exam/M.Sc or equivalent degree

• Final mark sheet

• Bifurcation of marks in case of dual degree

• SC/ST Certificate, (if candidate belongs to reserved category).

• Latest OBC Caste Certificate (Non-creamy layer) as per format given in NCBC website.

• PwD candidates should submit certificates as per Govt. of India rules.

• EWS category certificate (Income and Asset Certificate) issued by the appropriate competent authority

Note: The documents submitted must be correct. If found to be fraud, strict action will be taken against that candidate and they will not be able to give the CSIR NET exam again.

Important Point to keep in mind for CSIR UGC NET 2019 certificate:

• Candidates who have applied under Result Awaited (RA) category (M.Sc or equivalent) should submit the required documents only after completion of their requisite qualification.

• Certificates of candidates whose roll numbers are listed in part-iii of the additional result will be issued by ugc.
