NTA CURE 2023: Stage 2 exams from March 14; schedule, centres, paper pattern

NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) has announced the schedule for the Central University Recruitment Examination (CURE) 2023 stage 2 descriptive exam. The admit card for CURE 2023 stage 2 descriptive type exam will soon be made available on the official website of NTA, nta.ac.in.

As per the official notice, CURE stage 2 exam is scheduled to take place on March 14, 15, 19, and 20. The examination will be conducted in three shifts. The first shift is set to take place from 8:30 am to 10:30 am, the second shift is scheduled from 12:30 pm to 2:30 pm, and the third shift is allocated from 4:30 pm to 6:30 pm.

The stage 2 exam will be conducted in the four universities, including Central University of Himachal Pradesh, Dharamshala; Mahatma Gandhi Central University, Motihari; English and Foreign Languages University, Hyderabad; Central University of Punjab, Bathinda.

The NTA informed that the University of Hyderabad and the Central University of Jharkhand will independently conduct their CURE 2023 stage 2 exam. The schedule for this examination will be issued directly by the respective universities.

The CURE stage 2 descriptive exam is divided into two parts. Part 1 includes essay writing, comprehension writing, letter writing, and drafting. Each question in this section carries a total of 15 marks, and the overall weightage for part 1 is 60 marks.

Part 2 is a domain-specific exam and comprises eight questions, each carrying five marks. The complete CURE stage 2 exam will have a total marking scheme of 100 marks, encompassing both parts 1,2.
