NTA issues NSSNET 2026 admit card for admission to classes 6, 7; exam on April 10

Students will be admitted on the basis of their NSSNET 2026 score. They have to score at least 65% overall and 50% in each subject in order to qualify the school admission test.

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has issued the admit card for the Navayug School Sarojini Nagar Entrance Test (NSSNET) 2026. Students can download the exam hall ticket through the official website at exams.nta.nic.in using their login credentials such as application number and password.

The testing agency will conduct the pen-and-paper mode NSSNET 2026 for admission to Class 6 and 7 on April 10 in a single shift. The school-level entrance test will be held from 11 am to 1:30 pm at various centres across the national capital.

“The Admit Card is issued provisionally to the candidates, subject to the fulfilment of the eligibility conditions. Admit Card will not be sent by post,” according to an official notification.

NSSNET 2026: Exam pattern, selection process

Students finding any difficulty in downloading the admit card or discrepancy in the NSSNET 2026 admit card can call the NTA helpline number 011 4075900 or 011 69227700 or email at nssnet@nta.ac.in.

The NSSNET 2026 exam will be held in an OMR sheet for a duration of 150 minutes. The admission test question paper will have a total of 120 Multiple Choice Question (MCQ)-type questions. The queries will be in Hindi and English languages.

As per the syllabus, students aiming for admission to Class 6 through the NSSNET 2026 will have to answer questions on subjects such as English, Hindi, Mathematics (basic arithmetic, geometry), Environmental Science (EWS), General Knowledge (GK), and Reasoning (intelligence).

While those preparing for Class 7 exams will be facing questions on English, Hindi, Maths, Science (Physics and Chemistry), GK, and logical reasoning subjects.
