OSSC CGL 2023 prelims exam date out; to be held on June 23

NEW DELHI: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) has announced the exam date for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) exam 2023. As per the schedule, the OSSC CGL 2023 prelims exam will be held on June 23.

Candidates who applied for the OSSC CGL 2023 exam can download their admit card from June 10 onwards through the official website, ossc.gov.in. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and password to download the OSSC CGL 2023 admit card.

The commission aims to fill up a total of 543 vacancies for inspector, auditor, junior assistant and various other posts. The OSSC CGL 2023 application form correction process is underway and today is the last date to make changes in the application form.

The OSSC CGL selection process includes three stages. The first stage is the prelims that carry the Class 10 level of questions. Candidates who pass the prelims appear in the mains exam, which includes two papers of 100 marks each. Finally, those who qualify the mains will undergo document verification to confirm their identity and credentials.

OSSC CGL 2023: Exam pattern

The OSSC CGL exam will have four sections carrying 150 questions in total. The duration of the exam is 150 minutes. As per the marking scheme, candidates will get one mark for each correct answer while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer. Candidates can check the section-wise number of questions asked in the OSSC CGL exam.
