OSSC CGL admit card 2024 today for prelims exam at ossc.gov.in; paper pattern, syllabus

NEW DELHI: The Odisha Staff Selection Commission (OSSC) will issue the admit card for the Combined Graduate Level (CGL) 2024 exam today, October 14. Candidates who applied for the recruitment exam will be able to download OSSC CGL admit card 2024 through the official website, ossc.gov.in.

Candidates will need their login credentials such as username, mobile number or email ID to download the CGL admit card 2024. The OSSC CGL exam date 2024 for stage 1 is October 20. The exam will be conducted in a single shift in the pen and paper mode in 30 districts across the state.

According to the OSSC CGL prelims 2024 exam pattern, the question paper will consist of 150 questions. Each question will carry one mark making a total of 150 marks. The duration of the test will be 150 minutes. There will be a negative marking of 0.25 marks for each incorrect response.

OSSC CGL syllabus 2024

The syllabus for OSSC CGL prelims exam 2024 is given below:

• Class 10 arithmetic
• Class 10 data interpretation (chart, graph, table, data sufficiency etc.)
• Logical reasoning and analytical ability, general mental ability
• Current events of national and international importance
• Computer or internet awareness

Students who clear the Combined Graduate Level Recruitment Examination (CGLRE) 2024 preliminary will be eligible to appear in mains exam. The recruitment drive comprises three stages - stage 1 of preliminary exam, stage 2 of mains exam, and stage 3 of certification verification. Candidates who applied for the post of auditors will be required to pass a mathematics test while some will need to clear skill test. OSSC CGLRE 2024 is being held to fill 586 vacancies in group B and group C posts.
