OSSSC Recruitment 2024: Registration dates revised for 2,629 posts

NEW DELHI: The Odisha Sub-Ordinate Staff Selection Commission (OSSSC) has announced the revised dates for the recruitment of teachers in government schools under ST, SC development. As per the official notification, the OSSSC teachers recruitment 2024 registration window will now open on June 12.
The registration deadline for the OSSSC teachers recruitment exam 2024 has been extended till July 7. Initially, the registration window was set to open from April 1 to April 25. Eligible candidates will be able to apply for Odisha teachers recruitment 2024 through the official website, osssc.gov.in.
The commission has also revised the application form filling dates for the OSSSC teachers recruitment exam 2024. Candidates can now fill out the OSSSC teachers application form from June 12 to July 12. Previously, the application processing period was slated from April 1 to April 30.
The OSSSC recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 2,629 vacancies for the district cadre posts of teachers in TGT (Arts), TGT (Science-PGM), TGT (Science-CBZ), Sanskrit, Hindi, physical education, tribal language and Sevak, Sevika in government schools.
Candidates should have attained a minimum age of 21 years and should not exceed 38 years as of April 1, 2024, to be eligible for the OSSSC recruitment exam 2024. However, candidates from reserved categories such as scheduled castes (SC), scheduled tribes (ST), other backward classes (OBC) will receive relaxation in the upper age limit as per government norms.

On the homepage, look for the “Apply Online” tab.
Once the link activates, click on the notification to apply for OSSSC TGT recruitment 2024
Fill out the form, upload required documents, pay fee and submit.
Download the form and take a printout for future reference.
