NEW DELHI: The ministry of education has started the registration process for the seventh-edition of Pariksha Pe Charcha (PPC 2024). It is an annual event where students, parents and teachers get an opportunity to interact with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

Those who wish to participate in the upcoming PPC 2024 will have to register through the official website, innovateindia.mygov.in, by January 12. Applicants can participate as student, teacher, student through teacher login, and parents.

The competition is open for Classes 6 to 12 students. They will have to submit their question to the Prime Minister in a maximum of 500 characters. “Parents and teachers can also participate and submit their entries in the online activities designed exclusively for them,” the ministry said.

The PPC 2024 date will be announced soon by the education ministry. “Pariksha Pe Charcha is part of the larger movement - ‘Exam Warriors’ - led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, to create a stress-free atmosphere for youngsters,” it said. He shares tips to crack board exams 2024 and entrance exams in a stress-free manner.

About 2,050 students, teachers and parents selected through competitions on MyGov, will be gifted with PPC kits by the ministry.

Last year, the PPC was held on January 27 at Talkatora Indoor Stadium, New Delhi. The event was broadcast live on Doordarshan, YouTube channel of ministry of education, Facebook Live, and MoE’s Twitter account.

The Exam Warriors module on NaMo App adds an interactive tech element to the movement. PM Modi has urged “everyone to put exams in the right perspective, rather than making it a life-and-death situation punctuated by undue stress and pressure”.
