Patna University UG Admission 2023: First merit list today; counselling process from tomorrow

The Patna University admission counselling for UG admission offered by the affiliated colleges will be held from 10 AM to 4 PM on June 9, 10, 12, 13.
NEW DELHI: The Patna University has published the PU first merit list for undergraduate (UG) admission 2023 for arts, science and commerce streams today, June 8, 2023. Candidates who want to study UG programmes from Patna University and have registered will be able to check the Patna University first merit list from the official website, pup.ac.in.
The university instructed principals of Patna College, Patna Science College, Vanijya Mahavidyalaya, Magadh Mahila College to form their own admission committees, separately, and conduct counselling from June 9 to 13. Once the counselling process is concluded, these colleges will have to send the details of students admitted.
To participate in the Patna University counselling, candidates will have to deposit counselling, admission fee. After paying the fees, students will have to go to the college allotted with the copy of the payment slip and allotment letter. The Patna University admission counselling will be held from 10 AM to 4 PM on June 9, 10, 12, 13.
Patna University Admission Counselling: Documents
Candidates will have to carry the following documents to the college allotted during the admission process for verification purposes.
- School, college leaving certificate.
- Original mark sheet of Class 12.
- Caste certificate
- Migration certificate.
- Fee payment slip.
After taking admission, candidates will have to sliding option, meaning they can opt for upgradation of their choice of subject and college. If allotted college and subject could not upgraded, their first choice of subject and college will remain intact, the official statement read.
