BSc Nursing (Post Basic) admission on August 11-12; 4-year BSc Nursing admissions on August 13-14.

The Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education and Research (PGIMER) will begin the BSc Nursing counselling process tomorrow. The seat allotment process for the 4-year BSc Nursing and the BSc Nursing (Post Basic) programmes will be conducted offline at the NINE Auditorium, PGIMER, Chandigarh.
The PGIMER offline counselling will begin with the Bachelor of Science (BSc) Nursing (Post Basic) candidates, who are already registered nurses. They have to appear for the document verification tomorrow, while the seat allotment will take place on August 12. Those who have applied for the 4-year nursing programme should attend the document verification on August 13. The seat allocation will be done on August 14.
Candidates should reach the venue by 9 am for document verification, along with all original personal and educational certificates and one set of photocopies of all documents. The seat allotment at PGIMER will be conducted at 11 am.

The minimum percentile for those eligible for PGIMER admission 2025 is given below:

The PGI in-service category includes seats reserved for candidates who are PGIMER employees or dependents of the employees.

Students who are offered seats during PGIMER, Chandigarh, counselling should submit two demand drafts or cheques. An amount of Rs 850 will be paid towards the course fees for admission to the BSc Nursing (Post Basic) course. For the 4-year BSc Nursing programme, Rs 835 will be submitted towards course fees. The security deposit for both courses is Rs 5,000, and will be paid through a separate cheque. If a student fails to pay the requisite fees, their admission will be cancelled.
