The Punjab School Education Board (PSEB) has recently declared the results for Class 5 of the year 2025, setting a new record by announcing them within 15 days. It is worth mentioning that out of the 18 transgender students who appeared for the Class 5 exams conducted by the Punjab board, all of them have successfully qualified.

Mohali has been identified as the district with the lowest performance, achieving a pass percentage of 99.65 percent.

Pathankot district achieved the highest passing percentage of 99.96 percent, with a total of 3,06,438 students taking the PSEB class 5 exams this year.

Students who were unable to clear the Class 5 exam conducted by the PSEB board will be required to sit for the supplementary exam. The dates for the PSEB Class 5 supplementary exams in 2024 will be communicated through schools.
