Re NEET Answer Key 2026 LIVE: NTA NEET UG question paper with solutions, MBBS cut-off; qualifying marks

Re-NEET Answer Key 2026: The National Testing Agency (NTA) is conducting the NEET UG 2026 exam for over 22.79 lakh medical aspirants today, June 21. The re-NEET exam is being held in pen-and-paper mode in a single shift from 2 pm to 5:15 pm. Soon after the exam concludes, coaching institutes and Careers360 experts will share the re-NEET question paper with solutions and an unofficial answer key. Here's a list of what's allowed and what's not allowed.

The NEET question paper will comprise 180 questions carrying a total of 720 marks. As per the NEET 2026 marking scheme, candidates will be awarded 4 marks for each correct answer, while 1 mark will be deducted for every incorrect response. No marks will be awarded or deducted for unattempted questions.

The NEET UG 2026 unofficial answer key will be released in PDF format, and candidates will be able to download it after 5:15 pm. Candidates can calculate their probable scores using the answer key and the marking scheme.

The NEET UG 2026 response sheet includes the candidate's application number, registration number, exam date and time, question IDs, option IDs, responses marked by the candidate, and the corresponding correct answers.

How to download NEET 2026 answer key?

The NTA is expected to release the provisional answer key by June 25. Once released, candidates will be able to check it by following these steps.

• Go to the official website, neet.nta.nic.in
• Click on the “NEET UG 2026 Answer Key & Response Sheet 2026” link
• Enter the valid login credentials, such as the re-NEET registration ID and password
• Response sheet will appear on screen, go through the same and download it
• Save it for future references

The Re-NEET OMR answer sheets will be available later through candidate login on the official website, neet.nta.nic.in. Candidates can also challenge the responses within the given deadline.

NEET UG final answer key, result date

As of now, the NTA has not announced the release dates for the NEET UG 2026 final answer key and results. Based on previous years' trends, the re-NEET 2026 result is expected to be declared in the last week of July. Along with the results, the agency will also release the NEET All India Quota (AIQ) ranks and cut-off scores for admission to government and private medical colleges across the country.
