The re-examination is being conducted after the NEET UG 2026 exam held on May 3 was cancelled amid allegations of a question paper leak. The fresh test is scheduled to be conducted nationwide under enhanced monitoring and security protocols.
Candidates are advised to thoroughly check the information printed on their admit cards, including personal details, roll number, examination venue, reporting schedule and important instructions. Entry to the examination centre will not be permitted without a valid admit card and the required identification documents.
NTA has maintained that additional safeguards have been introduced to ensure a transparent and fair examination process for all candidates appearing in the NEET re-test.
Candidates can follow these steps to access their admit cards:
As per NTA guidelines, candidates should report to their designated examination centres well ahead of the scheduled reporting time to avoid any last-minute inconvenience.
They must bring a hard copy of the NEET admit card along with a valid government-issued photo ID for verification. Items such as mobile phones, electronic devices, books, notes and other prohibited materials will not be permitted inside the NEET test centre.
