A student posted on X account and said: "Your website isn't working . I can't access my account .your fee refund verification portal isn't working .you take crores of exam fees from student to build an infrastructure which supposed to  transparent , ensure of high security etc. Where did all the money spend?"

NTA has assured students that technical teams are working to ensure that students can download the admit card before the exam. 

Students have raised concerns on social media to highlight issues related to the NTA NEET refund and the admit card download process. A few students said that they had already submitted the bank account details and assumed that they could choose the skip option, as they were unaware that the bank information needs to be entered again for verification. 

A user posted on X and said: "ANOTHER SCAM BY NTA : Many NEET thousand of Students Lost there Refund while downloading admit card."

Another student posted on X and said: "NTA's NEET refund verification is a trap. If you choose not to edit your bank details just to get your admit card, it says you "agreed to not provide details for refund." Why create such a misleading option in the first place? @NTA_Exams stop messing with students!"

While talking to Careers360, NEET aspirant Devanshu told Careers360 that he's not able to download his NEET 2026 hall ticket even after submitting bank details for verification. 

"Yes not able to download my admit card till now due to bank verification. Why they have to do all the experiments with usWhy they have to do all the experiments with us. I have already submitted it. And now I am not even able to download my admit card."

According to NTA, around 4 lakh candidates for the NEET UG 2026 exam on 21st June have downloaded their admit cards. However, several students are facing a technical glitch in downloading the hall ticket. The exam conducting body has acknowledged the issue and has ensured its resolution. 

NTA posted on its X account and said: "We are aware that some of you are facing technical glitches or server issues in accessing your admit cards. Our teams have been working towards resolving all these issues. We are there, for you and will ensure that very soon, all candidates get their admit cards. Any inconvenience caused is deeply regretted."
