NEW DELHI: The Rajasthan Board of Secondary Education (RBSE) has decided to conduct the Rajasthan Rajasthan Eligibility Examination for Teachers (REET 2025) in a single day. The secretary of the education department, Krishna Kunal, held a review meeting on the REET exam 2025 to ensure transparency and smooth conduct of the test.

The administrator of Rajasthan Secondary Education Board Ajmer, Mahesh Sharma, and other officials were present in the meeting held at the Government Secretariat on Tuesday. Discussion was held on the allocation of nearby exam centres to candidates and instructions were given to ascertain the smooth functioning and conduct of REET 2025 to be held in February.

Krishna Kunal directed officials to ensure proper arrangements for the confidentiality of the REET exam and security of question papers. “Emphasis was laid on preparations for conducting the examination in February and allocating the nearest examination center to the candidates,” the board said.

The Rajasthan Board had given instructions to ensure foolproof arrangements and informed that the final decision regarding REET will be taken on November 26. It had also warned candidates of fake websites and messages regarding the teacher eligibility exam.

As per the earlier announcement, the registration process for the REET exam will begin from December 1 and the exam will be held in February 2025. Although the board was scheduled to issue the REET official notification on November 25, aspirants still await the information bulletin.

The board has also informed applicants that the fee structure will be the same as that of REET 2022. Candidates who wish to appear for REET level 1 or REET level 2 will have to pay Rs 550 and those who wish to appear in both the levels will have to pay Rs 750.
