NEW DELHI: Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) will open the registration window for the recruitment of various Junior Engineer (JE) posts tomorrow, July 30. Interested candidates will be able to apply for RRB JE recruitment 2024 through the official website, rrbald.gov.in.

This RRB recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 7,951 junior engineer vacancies in the organisation. The RRB JE registration 2024 window will close on August 29, 2024.

Following the registration process, the board will open the RRB JE application 2024 correction window. The RRB JE application correction window will open on August 30. Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to make changes in the RRB JE application form 2024.

The RRB JE application correction window will close on September 8, 2024. Candidates should submit their applications, including the payment of the application fee, by August 29, 2024. Candidates who have engineering degrees in various disciplines like Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, and Electronics can apply for the RRB JE recruitment drive.

RRB JE recruitment 2024: Vacancy details

  • Chemical Supervisor / Research and Metallurgical Supervisor: 17 posts
  • Junior Engineer, Depot Material Superintendent and Chemical & Metallurgical Assistant: 7,934 posts

Candidates will be selected on the basis of two stages of Computer Based Test (CBT), followed by document verification (DV) and medical examination (ME). The computer based test will be of two stages- first stage and second stage. There will be negative marking of 1/3 rd mark deducted for every wrong answer in CBT.
