NEW DELHI: The State Bank of India (SBI) has declared the prelims recruitment results for the posts of Probationary Officer (PO) on November 28. Candidates who have successfully passed the prelims exam are now qualified to appear for the SBI PO mains exam 2023 which is scheduled to take place tomorrow, on December 5, 2023. The exam will commence from 8:30 am.

The SBI PO mains exam 2023 is of three-hours duration divided into four sections: Reasoning and computer aptitude, data analysis and interpretation and general or economy or banking awareness, and English language. There is also a 30-minute descriptive paper with two questions - an essay and a letter.

Candidate should ensure that they carry the following items tomorrow.

  • Prelims and mains call letters

  • Black or blue ball point pens

  • ID Proof (Government approved)

  • One colour photograph

SBI PO Mains 2023: Exam guidelines

  • Candidates should report to the exam centre as per the time mentioned on the admit card. Late comers will not be allowed to sit for the exam.

  • Signature should match with the signature uploaded by the candidate earlier. In case of discrepancy, candidates will not be allowed to appear for the examination.

  • Signature in capital letters is not acceptable.

  • Candidates should obey the instructions given by test administrators and invigilators.

  • Calculators, cell phones, books, slide rulers, notebooks or written notes are not allowed inside the exam hall.

  • Rough work should only be done on the sheet provided. Candidates should submit the sheet at the end of the exam.

  • Candidates who want to use facility of scribe, are required to submit a scribe declaration form which can be downloaded from the bank’s website.

  • Traveling allowance or other expenses will not be paid to the candidates.

  • Using unfair means during the exam will lead to disqualification.
