CFA May 2025 Registration: The exam will be conducted from May 14 to 20.
NEW DELHI: The Chartered Financial Analyst Institute will close the CFA May 2025 Level 1 registration tomorrow, February 6. Interested and eligible candidates can fill up the CFA May 2025 Level 1 registration form by visiting the official website, cfainstitute.org. The CFA May level 1 exam scheduling deadline is February 11.
The CFA level 1 August 2025 registration has also commenced. The CFA level 1 August registration 2025 deadline is May 6, 2025. The CFA Level 1 May exam 2025 will be conducted from May 14 to May 20. The CFA May 2025 Level 2 exam is scheduled from May 21 to May 25.
The CFA Level 1 November 2024 result has been declared on January 15. The pass percentage of CFA Level 1 November 2024 result stands at 43% which is lower compared to the previous session
CFA May 2025 Registration: Level 1 eligibility criteria
The CFA Level 1 eligibility criteria 2025 is mentioned below.
- Bachelor's degree: Candidates are required to have completed a Bachelor’s or equivalent programme from a recognized college.
- Work experience: Candidates are required to have a total of 4,000 hours of professional work experience.
- Undergraduate student: Candidates currently pursuing a bachelor's degree are required to have no more than 23 months remaining until their graduation month to be eligible for enrollment.
CFA 2025 Level 1 exam pattern
The CFA 2025 level 1 exam will be conducted in online mode. The CFA 2025 exam will be held in 2 sessions. Each session in CFA level 1 exam 2025 will consist of 90 multiple-choice questions. The duration of CFA 2025 exam is 2 hours 15 minutes for each session. The medium of the CFA 2025 exam is English.
The CFA 2025 session 1 will be based on topics such as ethics and professional standards, quantitative methods, economics, financial reporting and analysis. The CFA 2025 session 2 will be based on topics such as corporate issuers, equity, fixed income, derivatives, alternative investments and portfolio management.
