NEW DELHI: The National Testing Agency (NTA) will commence the National Eligibility-cum-Entrance Test Undergraduate (NEET UG 2025) registration soon. Interested and eligible candidates will be able to fill up the NEET registration 2025 form by visiting the official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

As per NTA, NEET 2025 will be applicable for admissions to BDS, BVSc, and AH courses, in addition to MBBS, AYUSH, and BSc nursing programmes.

The NTA has not yet confirmed the NEET 2025 registration date. However, as per past trends and reports the NEET 2025 registration form is expected to be available this week. The NEET 2025 information bulletin will provide details such as the exam dates, eligibility criteria, application process, exam pattern, syllabus, and seat reservation policies.

NEET 2025 Registration: APAAR IDs not mandatory

Earlier, NTA asked NEET 2025 candidates to use their APAAR IDs during the NEET 2025 registration. However, later the NTA has clarified that an APAAR ID is not mandatory for NEET UG registration 2025. Candidates are allowed to use other means for NEET 2025 registration.

NEET UG Registration 2025: Revised exam pattern

The NEET 2025 exam pattern has been revised. The NEET 2025 exam pattern has changed to the pre-COVID era pattern. The optional questions have been removed from NEET 2025. The NEET UG syllabus 2025 has been made available on the NEET 2025 official website, neet.nta.nic.in.

The NEET UG 2025 will be held in offline mode and in a single shift. The duration of NEET 2025 exam is 3 hours. The NEET UG 2025 is expected to be held from 2 pm to 5 pm. There will be a total of 180 questions in NEET UG 2025. The NEET 2025 exam will carry a total of 720 marks. Candidates will get 4 marks for each correct answer and 1 mark will be deducted for incorrect answer.

NEET 2025 syllabus out

The National Testing Agency (NTA) has notified the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET UG) 2025 syllabus on the new official website, neet.nta.nic.in. The National Medical Commission (NMC) issued the NEET 2025 syllabus on December 14 last year. There are no changes in the NEET UG syllabus 2025.

NEET 2025 registration date latest news; APAAR ID not mandatory

Following several queries over use of APAAR ID for NEET UG registration 2025, the National Testing Agency (NTA) clarified that APAAR ID is not mandatory to fill the NEET UG 2025 application form. The testing agency had earlier asked aspirants to use the ID and Aadhaar-based authentication.

NEET Registration 2025: Exam mode this year

The National Testing Agency (NTA) earlier notified that the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) UG 2025 will be held in a pen-and-paper mode in a single shift on a single day for admission to MBBS, BDS, other undergraduate medical programmes. The decision came after the education ministry formed a high-level expert committee to examine the functioning of NTA and suggest changes in conduct of entrance exams.

NEET 2025 registration date soon; eligibility criteria

The National Testing Agency is expected to start the National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) 2025 registration soon. Last year, the NEET UG registration process commenced on February 9. As per the NEET 2025 eligibility criteria, students who have completed 17 years of age and appeared/appearing for Class 12 or qualifying exam with English, physics, chemistry, and biology as the main subject will be eligible to write the exam.
