The university will conduct the SNAP test on three days in 79 cities across the country. As per the SNAP exam dates, test 1 will be held on December 6, test 2 on December 14, and test 3 on December 20.
MBA aspirants will be allowed to attempt the test up to three times, and the best score will be considered for the admission process. Those who qualify the entrance exam will be selected for MBA programmes at 17 Symbiosis institutes – SIBM Pune, SICSR, SIMC, SIIB, SCMHRD, SIMS, SIDTM, SCIT, SIOM, SIHS, SIBM Bengaluru, SSBF, SIBM Hyderabad, SSSS, SIBM Nagpur, SIBM NOIDA, and SSCANS.
SNAP 2025: Highlights
Candidates who hold a bachelor’s degree from a recognised university of national importance with at least 50% marks and 45% marks for SC, ST will be eligible. Those with a foreign degree should obtain an equivalency certificate from the Association of Indian Universities (AIU) to appear for the exam.
The registration fee for appearing in one exam is Rs 2,250, with an additional fee of Rs 1,000 per programme.
The SNAP MBA entrance exam will consist of objective-type questions, each carrying four options. There will be a 25% negative marking for every incorrect answer. However, the final merit list will be prepared based on a composite score – SNAP score scaled to 50 marks, group exercise carrying 10 marks, and personal interview having a weightage of 40 marks.
