Candidates can download the SOF IMO results using their roll number. Level 1 qualifiers will be eligible for IMO level 2 exams.
NEW DELHI : The Science Olympiad Foundation (SOF) has declared the International Mathematics Olympiad (IMO) level 1 results today, January 11. Candidates can now download the results through the official website at results.sofworld.org. The IMO results for 2024-25 include the students' marks and their ranks.
Candidates will require their roll number to download the results. Candidates will find marks and rank for the SOF IMO level 1 exam.
IMO is held in two stages including level 1 and level 2, for students of Classes 1 to 12 enrolled in a school recognized by the SOF. Only the top 5% of students in level 1 will be eligible to appear for the level 2 exam.
The exam for Level 1 Set A, B, and C was held on October 22, November 19, and December 12, 2024, respectively. Candidates who have qualified for the level 1 exam can now appear for the IMO level 2 exams to be held in February 2025. As per the tie-breaking criteria, when more than one student receives the same mark in IMO 2024-25 results, then their scores will be evaluated section-wise to assign a unique ranking.
The SOF IMO 2024-25 result scorecard will include name, class, roll number, section, marks secured, school name, international award, international rank, zone, state rank, zonal award won and school award.

Candidates can follow the steps given below to download the SOF IMO 2024-25 results.
- Visit the official website at sofworld.org.
- Click on the link that says IMO result 2024-25.
- A new window will appear, fill in your roll number in the specified format.
- You need to answer the security math question, and then click "view results."
- The results, including section-by-section scores and qualifying status, will appear on the screen.
- Save the IMO results and keep a printout for future use.
