SSC CGL tier 2 admit card 2024 today; combined graduate level exam from January 18

SSC CGL 2024: A total of 18,436 candidates have been shortlisted for tier 2 exams for the post of Junior Statistical Officer, 2,833 for post of Statistical Investigator, 1,65,240 for others.
NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will be hosting the SSC Combined Graduate Level Examination (SSC CGL) tier 2 admit card for qualified candidates today on the official website, ssc.gov.in. As per the schedule, the SSC CGL tier 2 exam will be held on January 18, 19, and 20.

The commission will fill a total of 18,236 vacancies under various ministries and departments of Government of India through the SSC CGL recruitment process. “The ‘Admission Certificate’ and 'Scribe's Entry Pass (for own scribe)' for the said examination will tentatively be available for download with effect from January 14,” the SSC said.
Candidates who have opted for their own scribe were required to register their scribe on the SSC new official website before January 13.
As per the SSC CGL tier 1 results , 18,436 candidates have been shortlisted for tier 2 exams for the post of Junior Statistical Officer (JSO) and 2,833 for post of Statistical Investigator Grade 2, and 1,65,240 for others.
Candidates will have to key in their application number and password generated during the registration process to download the SSC CGL admit card for tier 2 exams.
The SSC CGL recruitment exam was conducted from September 9 to 26 and the answer key was issued in October. Due to the delay in declaring the results, the SSC CGL tier 2 exam, which was scheduled to be held in December, was postponed by a month.
Candidates who qualify the tier 2 exams will also have to qualify the physical tests and medical standards for 8 posts - Inspector (Central Excise)-CBIC, Inspector (Examiner)-CBIC, Inspector (Preventive Officer)-CBIC, Inspector-CBN, Sub-Inspector-CBN, Ministry of Finance, Sub-Inspector/ Junior Intelligence Officer in NCB, MHA, Sub-Inspector-CBI and Sub-Inspector-NIA.

SSC CGL tier 2 has two papers and paper 1 is compulsory for all the posts.
