SSC CPO SI admit card 2024 for PET, PST exams out at ssc.nic.in; 4,137 vacancies to be filled

NEW DELHI: Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has issued the Central Police Organisation (CPO) admit cards for recruiting Sub-Inspector (SI) in Delhi Police and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPF) today, October 8. Eligible candidates can download the SSC CPO Physical Efficiency Test (PET) and Physical Standard Test (PST) exam admit card through the official website, ssc.nic.in.

The SSC CPO PET, PST exam 2024 is scheduled to be held from October 14 to 25. The SSC CPO recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 4,137 sub inspector vacancies in the department. The commission has also issued the reporting time roll number-wise.

Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth to download the SSC CPO admit card 2024. The SSC CPO SI admit card is available for Eastern region, North Western region and Madhya Pradesh region. The SSC CPO SI admit card 2024 is a mandatory document for the examination day. Candidates will not be allowed to appear for the exam if they fail to produce their admit card.

Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET)

Candidates who qualify Paper 1 are called for the Physical Standard Test (PST) and Physical Endurance Test (PET). PST checks height, chest (for males), and weight requirements. PET includes various physical tasks like:

For Male Candidates:

• 100 meters race in 16 seconds.
• 1.6 km run in 6.5 minutes.
• Long jump (3.65 meters in 3 chances).
• High jump (1.2 meters in 3 chances).
• Shot put (16 lb): 4.5 meters.

For Female Candidates:

• 100 meters race in 18 seconds.
• 800 meters run in 4 minutes.
• Long jump (2.7 meters in 3 chances).
• High jump (0.9 meters in 3 chances).
