Subscribe NowNEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) will close the answer key objection window for SSC Junior Hindi Translator (JHT) 2024 exam tomorrow, December 14. Candidates who appeared for the exam and are not satisfied with the solutions can raise objections against the SSC JHT 2024 answer key through the official website at ssc.gov.in.
Candidates will have to use their login credentials such as registration number and date of birth along with the supporting documents to raise objections against the SSC JHT answer key 2024.
The SSC JHT 2024 response sheet has also been issued along with the provisional answer key. Candidates can use the SSC JHT 2024 provisional answer key and response sheet to calculate their probable scores in the exam.
SSC JHT 2024 answer key objection fee
Candidates who are not satisfied with the SSC JHT answer key 2024 have to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs 100 to challenge each question. The SSC JHT 2024 answer key objection window will close at 6 pm on December 14.

“Representations in respect of the tentative Answer Keys, if any, may be submitted online from 12.12.2024 (06:00 PM) to 14.12.2024 (06:00 PM) on payment of Rs. 100/- per question per answer challenged. Representations received after 06:00 PM on 14.12.2024 will not be entertained under any circumstances,” the official notice read.
The recruitment drive aims to fill a total of 312 vacancies for junior Hindi translator, junior translator, and senior Hindi translator posts. The SSC JHT 2024 exam was conducted on December 9 at various exam centres across the country.
SSC JHT Answer Key 2024: Marking scheme
The SSC JHT paper 1 included questions from both General Hindi and General English. The exam lasted two hours and consisted of 100 MCQ-type questions, each worth one mark. While for each incorrect response, 0.25 marks would be deducted.
SSC JHT Paper 2 will be descriptive, including language translation and essay writing. The exam will be worth 200 marks for 2 hours duration.
Candidates who qualify paper 1 will be shortlisted for Paper 2. The final selection of candidates will be done on the basis of their performance in both papers. The SSC JHT 2024 final answer key will be issued on the basis of objections received against the provisional answer key.
