SSC MTS 2024 exam dates out; to be held from September 30

NEW DELHI: The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) has announced the exam dates for the Multi-Tasking Staff (MTS) recruitment exam 2024. As per the schedule, the SSC MTS 2024 exam will be held from September 30 to November 14 in multiple shifts.
“The Commission has decided to conduct the Multi-Tasking (NonTechnical) Staff, and Havaldar (CBIC & CBN) Examination, 2024 from 30 September 2024 to 14 November 2024,” the official notice read.
The commission will soon issue the SSC MTS 2024 admit card. Candidates who applied for the exam will be able to download the admit card through the websites of respective regions. Candidates will be able to make changes in their SSC MTS 2024 application form from August 16 through the official website at ssc.gov.in.
Candidates will have to enter their registration number and password to log in and edit the SSC MTS 2024 application form. The correction window will be open till August 17, 2024. The commission has increased the number of vacancies from 8,326 to 9,583. Of these, 6,144 vacancies are for MTS posts, and 3,439 are for Havaldar posts in CBIC and CBN.

SSC MTS 2024: Selection process
SSC MTS 2024 selection process includes two stages. Stage 1 includes written exam and stage 2 is physical efficiency test (PET), a physical standard test (PST) for the Havaldar post only. Candidates can check the exam pattern for the SSC MTS 2024 from the table given below.
